Covid Yoga Online Schedule. Full variety of classes available live on Zoom on a 3 week term basis. Times and slots may change from term to term.
Booking is available for single classes (from €10) or an unlimited three week term (best value).

3 WEEK UNLIMITED PASS

Up to 21 yoga, somatic movement, and meditation classes within a 21 day class cycle. All classes are currently available only via Zoom.

THOMAS HANNA SOMATICS

An integrated, slow, subtle, practice that requires active engagement from the brain to the body for maximum freedom and much less stiffness and pain.

HATHA YOGA FOR STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Traditional, structured yoga movement practice with breath specifically for weight loss, toning up, digestion and energy.

Wednesday 12th/19th/26th @ 10am

HAPPY BACK/HIPS & PELVIS

Prevention is better than cure, so start now, don’t wait. Sitting for long periods plays havoc on the body but especially the back, pelvis and spine.

Thursday 13th/20th/27th @ 10am

CHAIR YOGA

Using a chair for seated postures, standing postures, breath practices and meditation it’s accessible to most bodies, less mobile, absolute beginners and pregnant women.

YIN YOGA

This is a slow practice focusing mostly on releasing tension and stress from the waist to the knees, paying attention to the joints, facial tissues, bones and ligaments.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION

In this class we are mastering two practices to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain and to re-set the nervous system.

DURATION: 30 MINS. PRICE: €15 FOR 3 SESSIONS

PRANA VINYASA FLOW

This practice sets the path for empowered living, greater creativity, fluidity, a joyful heart and soul growth and can pave the way to your life’s purpose, a life of truth and justice.
