Stress Management Workshop

Right now, there is a lot of pain and suffering in our world, a lot of uncertainty, irritability, anger and lack of control. Coming out of Covid has presented its own problems in my experience (will share on the day) and it's not like we needed any more, right?
I will offer you some very useful tools, to calm the mind, manage stressful situations and reduce anxiousness. Expect a variety of practices that I use when things get difficult in my own personal life. Most of us do not know how to deeply relax as we live in a very distracted world, everything coming at us 24/7. Allow me to teach you how to breathe properly so that you maximize your respiration, gentle body movement to unblock stagnant energy and most importantly, how to set up for a proper deep relaxation (Savasana).
The workshop is more suitable in the comfort of your own home, as you will need cushions, pillows, blankets, any yoga props you have, maybe a chair, a small section of wall space, to make the experience truly medicinal and life-changing perhaps.
