It is with great joy that we will be returning to the ocean at Ballyvaloo in December 2023.  A sacred, safe, spiritual, space where we can fully be at peace and feel nurtured. With the sound of the waves as we sleep, this is the ideal environment to get away from it all and immerse in the elements of nature. This is the time of year to truly rest and restore so we enter into the new year rested, ready and able. When we come together in a healing space magic happens. Open to everyone.
