Let’s get back together…..Allow me to explain what chair yoga is, as it can be misunderstood and sometimes de-valued which is a real shame. It is a full spectrum practice. The chair is used as a prop like a yoga block would be to make the practice safe and accessible. For example in standing poses, we can align the body more precisely with a chair prop. The practice will suit pregnancy, beginners, people who want a more accessible class and who prefer not to get up and down from the floor. You will no doubt improve your mental and physical health. Ideal for business people, corporate wellbeing.
