Chair Yoga

I've been teaching chair yoga for 10 years and it seems to be getting very popular now. I started off with a course in 2009 for cardiac and cancer rehabilitation which taught me how to modify poses for specific groups or anyone who was not ready for the more active styles of yoga. A compassionate practice for healing is how I would describe it.   Using a chair for seated postures, standing postures, breath practices and meditation it’s accessible to most bodies, less mobile, absolute beginners and pregnancy. I suggest you try it out for yourself and learn easy to follow yoga practices you can incorporate into everyday life easily without even being in yoga clothes.
