Friday Morning Meditation


FRIDAY MORNINGS - APRIL 16TH - 30TH FROM 7:00 - 7:30am

Meditation is about returning to the Source. Let's sit together, introduce a couple of very simple movements to wake the body and organise the posture. Moving towards stillness we learn to step back from the busyness of the mind, witnessing and welcoming all that is, both pleasant and unpleasant. Learning how to accept with grace and humility and noting the necessary action steps that perhaps needs to happen to live more consciously. Expect miracles, expect healing, expect love.
