Hatha Detox Flow

Hatha Flow for Springtime has more movement and more breath practice. It's pretty cold outside so let's move our bodies and our energy. We all know how cold we feel when we sit for long periods of time. Not alone is this detrimental to our physical health but also our mental health, we were born to move. I will be offering a well-rounded session each week where we will learn the heart and soul of yoga. All that is required is a little commitment to show up each week to explore and learn, learn about you.
