Hatha Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

Traditional, structured yoga movement practice with breath specifically for weight loss, toning up, digestion and energy. An all-levels practice with dynamic movement, sun salutations, core work, forward bending, twisting, side bending and deep relaxation. Students with old or new injuries should consult with their physician before starting with this practice, to be safe in their bodies. If in doubt please check.
