My life changed when I incorporated yin and somatics into my life. This practice is the perfect counter practice for the busy individual, professional, athlete or stay home parent. A quiet practice just for you so you can actually get some space and rest. Yin might be slow but that does not always mean easy. We place our bodies in postures we don’t do very much in daily life and we stay there for several minutes. We trust in the transformation, happening quietly, it can be confrontational even intimidating to the fittest but what you feel afterward is worth its weight in gold.
