A fantastic practice to counter a very strenuous, active, lifestyle but also for anyone who needs to soothe the nervous system and take quiet time out. The benefits of Yin Yoga go far beyond the physical, it delves deep into the mental, emotional and energetic layers of who we are as human beings. Attention and intention are the two main requirements for a successful practice, it’s not what we do, it’s how we do it. It’s a slow, deep, practice where we hold postures for several minutes. Can be a challenge for many but adaptations and props to be used accordingly when required.
