Yoga for All

Yoga for All

Have you ever asked yourself, “where am I going?” or “what am I doing?” or “what goals would you like to achieve these coming months?”.  These are very important questions but rarely do we stop to think about it.  We rush here and there,  we have to-do lists, appointments, dates, shopping and God know what, the list is endless.   We end up feeling totally depleted and wonder how did that happen. Yoga teaches us to listen to our body, it can tell us when we feel tired, when it feels we are running on overdrive and when we need to take a break. We learn to nourish our bodies and our minds the way nature intended.

Yoga practice can no doubt lift you out of a low place and enhance your mood and energy . Regular Yoga practice means better moods, simple! Yoga is for people of all ages and abilities, it’s just about finding a class right for you, you may have to try a few so don’t give up.   Listen to the body at all times, it does not lie, don’t push yourself beyond your limit.

After the class yesterday the day just flowed. I got to do things I had put off, without effort. I found myself working more confidently and productively. And it wasn’t just about doing either, there was a sense of ease and well-being which was lovely - Carmel

Yoga means “to unite” to bring back into balance, to join together what is disjointed so that we can flow with life.  Offering drop- in classes, group classes and private classes.   I highly recommend  if you can at all to dive in, commit to a full term so that you can have the true feeling and experience of being Yoga.  For further information please contact Marian at 086-3082450 or complete the contact form here.

I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul. ~ by Rumi
